So....I've been on MFP for some time now and lost 30 lbs as of the end of this passing spring. Let me just say that I was feeling Great!!! Over the course of the summer (I have a cottage that we stay at most of the summer) through not eating like I was and minimal exercise, I've gained 5 of those lbs back but I feel like I`ve gained 10! Anyway, back to good eating habits and focusing on my body!! I have to sat I`m happy to be back in close proximity to my treadmill!
I`m looking for some new support and friends that are doing and looking for the same thing!
