Having been obese (size 18) my whole life, and now consistantly buying size 0. For the record, im at a very healthy 130 lbs and 5.5. I just cant see myself as smaller. I still see myself as a size 9, at 160, mid way through my jpurney. I know it takes a while for your mind to catch up but I still feel and see a chunky girl. I hate it. This is in no way an attention seeking post. Its probably annoying , "im a size 0 and im soo fat...". Im just having a hard time seeing and believing the transformation. Any advice?
