Sore Throats and Home Remedies

Any good ideas out there? I seem to constantly have a sore throat this time of year due to allergies and whatever else. I do take allergy medicine, but it does very little. I've tried salt water gargling, hot lemon and honey tea, and saline nasal spray to keep the sinus passages open. Any other thoughts?

This is really gross, but it works....gargle with red wine vinegar. I used to get tonsillitis over and over, and this was the only thing that would help of I couldn't get right to a doctor. Good luck!0

Pineapple with Ginger on it, Or even straight up fresh pineapple.0

gargle with mouth wash... helps kill the bacteria that usually causes sore throats. That and take a BIG spoon of honey and slowly eat/swallow it. It helps coat your throat and ease the pain0

Gargle with warm salt water. Not just one time but repeat, I generally use a whole coffee mug full. I also take a decongestant to help stop the drainage.0
