Tell me how I am doing with my food and meals...

Can some people take a look at my food intake and let me know if I need to add or take away things to make it more nutritional.

Thank you for your time.

Constructive Criticism is welcomed....

I have seen much worse. Some would chastise you for not eating a lot of whole foods but many have proven you don't have to eat like that to lose weight However, you have a long journey and I would suggest being careful about losing too fast. A guy your size eating 1500 calories a day and exercising a bunch is a recipe for a crash. It might not happen immediately, but it will happen. You will lose muscle mass too if you push too hard, which is hard to get back. Slow and steady loss works best, 1% of your bodyweight per week should be a max goal to insure a healthful rate of loss.

I would keep the protein up, at least 150gs a day is my personal absolute minimum- consider 1g/lb of lean body weight.
I would eat no less than 2000 calories/day on a regular basis.
Consider trying a binge/spike day about once a week with more calories (preferably in the form of healthy carbs like sweet potatoes) than normal probably 3000-3500 in your case
I would discourage you from 1000 calories plus of cardio on a regular basis(multiple times per week) . If you do it anyway, eat half back.
Do a little weight lifting to help maintain muscle mass during a loss. A couple of gm session with heavy basic lifts will benefit you. A protein drink after workout is also not a bad idea.

Your daily sodium is probably quite high. You can track it by changing the settings under tools.

It's difficult for me to give dietary recommendations to others because I cook my foods from scratch and rarely eat out so....

I'd suggest you eat more food you cook yourself, more fresh vegetables and soups, more lean meats, beans, nuts, brown rice, etc.

Looks pretty good, at least you are choosing mostly healthy foods when you eat out. Be sure you are measuring portions correctly.
