Got me a new car...

Well, "new to me" car. It's used but my sister's husband buys written off cars and fixes them up and resells them. It's an '05 Toyota Matrix. I've been driving since 1999 and I've only owned FORDS so this will be different...it will be nice to not have a car that needs 1,000,000,000,0000 dollars in repairs every three months ROFL
downside? It's a manual transmission...but we couldn't pass up the awesome price he's given it to us for...I've been practicing. It hasn't been pretty. lolol
Just wanted to share something NOT diet related lol

Congratulations on your new car! I've only driven a manual transmission twice and "not pretty" is a great way to describe it. Once you get the hang of the rhythm of sensing the RPMs, using the clutch & shifting will become second nature.0
