No control for 2 days!

I went WAY over my calories yesterday, then did it again today! I didn't plan my meals and have been crazy busy, so I ended up getting take out for dinner last night and tonight, plus snacked on crap for the past two days. And, I am drinking wine.
Should I cut my calories for the next few days to try and get back on track? I plan on also trying to fit in some type of exercise tomorrow, but I really I can't believe how bad I did today.
What do you do to get back in control after you have a bad day (or two!)?

One or two days is not a big deal. Just get back on track tomorrow.0

I try to cut my calories a bit in the days following a major cheat, but sometimes you just can't make them all up. A couple of bad days won't make you gain anything if you're good the rest of the week. Worst case scenario, you don't lose this week (but you still probably will, just less.) Just hop back on the wagon keep going.0

I take it right now you're probably feeling a bit gross, unhealthy and bloated.. maybe a tad guilty? That's what happens to me when I lose control. In order to get back remind yourself how gross you feel now and focus on how good you're going to feel by eating clean, healthy things and staying in your calorie goal. It's all mental. 2 days isn't a big deal in the grand scheme and definitely won't be a problem unless you let it be..
Tomorrow is a new fresh day!0 -
DON'T purposely try to cut back. If you just go back to your diet as if nothing happened, it should balance out on its own. Just move on and forget about it.0

Exactly, just focus on making tomorrow a normal day. In time, it will become second nature to stay within goals0
