Since I started jogging, I kept wondering if my butt will get smaller. I know I know that sound crazy but hey I can't help but wonder. I love my booty! My junk in the trunk comes from my mother side of the family.. I do squats, lunges, and etc... To keep it firm and nice !!! since I took up jogging I decided to increase my butt exercise routine but adding weights once a while. Lady and gentleman, are there any parts of your body that you wish will stay the same throughout your health journey? And if so what is it? What exercise do you do to keep your shape just the way you like it?
