weekly averages- a query

Hi , just a query!!
I noticed i have quite a deficit on my weekly average of calories. My daily intake is 1600 calories sometimes i nearly reach this but other days due to heavy exercise i have quite a defict. My BMR is 1471 and my TDEE is 2271. If i had a deficit of 20% off my TDEE I would be left with approx. 1800 calories so could i be eating too little?
I know I've probably stopped losing weight because i'm definately not eating clean enough and drinking too little water but just wondered if upping my calories would help!! (Any excuse to eat more!!)
