My name is Linda - I am working hard at changing my
life style but finding weight lost is very slow.

    Welcome , good move coming here. It does help logging food but you really need to be honest with yourself. Portion control is important. I am 55 so my excercise is mostly walking. When I can't get out because of weather I use my Wii. Find some friends here with open diaries it might give you ideas. I like to find ways to cut calories in things I cook. If you are determined this will work for you.

    I have just started a course at my gym 'Pure Loser'
    - it is running for 6 weeks so hopefully it will give
    me the boost I need.
