  • How do I add pictures on this thing?? I will have to research. I will take pictures of my food prep today!

    Breakfast-Protein Pancakes 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/3 cup of egg whites. I put some fruit on it and some Sugar Free syrup. BEST meal of the day! Has enough protein and carbs to keep me going!

    Snack 1-Egg Whites and an Apple

    Lunch-Shake. With Banana and Spinach with some soy milk and my protein shake mix.

    Snack 2-Almonds and pretzels

    Dinner-Spaghetti Squash with Bison Meat, mix veggies and spaghetti sauce
    -Turkey Burger with red season potatoes and Asparagus
