Looking for a buddy!

Hey! I am looking for a diet buddy. I want to lose 10 kgs thats about 22 pounds. I'm starting tomorrow, on 15 October. I feel that my lifestyle has gotten from very healthy and active to the most unhealthy that can be. I am going to follow a quite strict diet, about 500 calories for a week, then gradually increase the to about 1000-1200. I will start to eat a lot of veggies and fruits and whole grain stuff and eliminate butter, chocolate - except for the dark in small amounts. The reason I'm going to have such low amount of calories during the first week, is because I'm pretty much an all or nothing person, and so if I can bring myself to get used to this strict diet, I will have a better control over my eating habits and I will be much more focused in everyday life too.

    Feel free to add me as a MFP buddy, I've been on MFP since the first part of the year. I have reached my goal and continue to log to keep myself in check. I enjoy providing motivation, support and the occasional butt kicking into gear post. It helps make the journey easier having MFP buddies.
    I understand your all or nothing attitude, you just want to be careful to not throw your body into starvation mode which will have the opposite effect you are strivng for. The diet change will be one of those things that the body will respond to right away. This isn't one of those overnite weight loss program, it's a life style change.
    My 1st day on MFP, I logged my 32oz mountain dew drink I was drinking and realize I was consuming about 330 cal for a mid morning drink. That stopped! Please go into this carefully and with healthy thoughts.
