Hi, I'm a 24-year-old in Baltimore. I weigh a lot and I want to get serious about losing it. I need people to hold me accountable because I love eating delicious fatty food. To lose weight, I have to eat moderate portions of it or something.

I hope this site will help me because I already have an unhealthy web addiction. I might as well put it to work for me!

    Welcome, you'll find this sight very helpful (I do) the thing is you have to log everything that you eat. Eventhough, I am still struggling at least I can see by logging what I need to change. Good luck!!:smile:

    Thank you! I'm pretty excited. I heard that it takes 21 days to start a habit. So I'm going to try to log in every day, log my food, and drink water. We'll see how it goes.
