my first day!

Im Allison, 18 years old and I weigh 190 lbs. Im hoping to lose at least 55 pounds. Im really bad with sticking to diets so Im hoping people can help me out and keep me motivated. Being in college and in a relationship dont help. The freshman 15 mixed with the comfort of being around one person- royally screwed me. I used to be a size 4 and 128 pounds, this was about 2years ago. I want that back really badly. I want to put on my old favorite jeans and not feel like they are going to rip. Not only did I gain weight in my stomach, but also in my legs, and my face. I look so much worse now and I need to fix it. Please help meeee!

    Welcome! You come to the right place! Don't think of it as a diet think about it as a life style change. When you start measuring and weighing you food you will soon realize what the sizing size really is. Don't forget to drink your water. Here is to the new you~ Cheers!!! :drinker:
