I just started Thursday night, I decided I'd try this out because I can't do Weight watchers online because it's too expensive. I go to TOPS right now, that's not expensive but there isn't really an interactive website. I may try calories and stuff, right now I'm kind of watching what I'm eating and that's pretty much it. I like the fact that on this site you can log exercise and food, and if you're not sure about an exercise I can search it and it will come up. Because sometimes I never know if I've burned anything or not. I have a hard time sticking to things, but since it's 2010 and I'll be graduating from college this year, and it'll be 3 years with my boyfriend, I figured this would be an excellent time to lose weight and keep it off.

My name is Erika btw and I'm 22 and I weight 204lbs, I"m hoping to get to 140.
