    What has changed now ? What is different ?

    I think the main things that have changed are my confidence and my overall fitness! I really do like working out and it's amazing how much more I can do 80+ pounds lighter!

    I would definitely not say I tried to stay at 1200 calories every day, at all. I have gone through many phases as far as caloric intake, overall probably around 1500-1700, but I've had times I've gone lower (sometimes way lower, and that never worked out very well in the end). Right now I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women and following their calorie suggestions which are around 2000 depending on the day (rest or workout day).
