I have been a member of MFP for a while now but I have only just got round to looking at forums, I am losing weight but I have reached a bit of a standstill. My biggest weakness at the moment is biscuits and it doesn't matter whether it is pre-menstrual or not! :S I was doing really well at cutting out the crap/junk/fast foods but lately I haven't seemed to have the willpower and neither have I had the inclination to exercise either...I don't look at MFP as a diet but a way of changing my eating habits full stop so that I can eat healthier in life overall but not deny myself treats every now and then...
