my WEEKLY PIE CHART (MFP Apps)

I have been looking at my pie chart a lot more, going for the 'weeks pie slices' and not worrying soo much about daily percentages.

This week, from Monday to Sunday lunch:
CARBS:41%
FATS:31%
PrROTEIN 28%.

I was out of protein powder for 2 days.

I am pretty content with the numbers but want better ones next week.

We are going out to dinner with friends tonight and i decided to not worry about what I eat, at least not to the degree that it hampers fellowship with friends.
