Baked Beans

So I used to really love eating canned baked beans - but now that I'm going lower carb and lower sodium, they're just not practical anymore.
Does anyone have any good recipes for baked beans whether it be crock pot or stove top that can give me the delicious-ness of canned baked beans without the obscene amount of sugar and sodium??
Thanks to all!!

Im pretty sure jaimie oliver has a recipe- check his website, otherwise bbc foods uk website will have. I just get the no added salt brand, but i'll now check the sodium for that next time i shop for it0

I just made these a couple of weeks ago and they are Delish!
Take 3 cups of Navy beans, rinse and then boil on the stove for about 60 minutes (beans should be tender). Drain and add beans to the crock pot. Also add 1 small can of Tomato Paste, 1 medium Onion (diced), 1/2 Cup Ketchup, 3 Tbsp of Molasses, 1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar, 6 slices of Turkey Bacon (already fried to keep the oil in the crock to a minimum). I also added 3 oz of Pork roast to mine because I wanted to add some meat to it, but the recipe that I followed did not list this.
Put it all in the crock pot for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 12 - 1 cup servings. The way I made it above it came out to 163 cals per serving, 29 carbs, 2 fat, 7 protein and 284 Sodium.
The cooked beans freeze beautifully so I ended up putting most of it in the freezer and pull out single servings as I need them.0
