Hello all, during some of my cardio days i have been using the concept 2 rowing machine. I was thinking about it and i really am curious as to if it is cardio or weight training? Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

It is cardio. Great way to burn a lot of calories - it uses the whole body.0

Rowers are classified as cardio but it's a great whole body workout at the same time.
Check out concept2's website (http://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers) for information on good technique and workout ideas. I try to use mine 2 or 3 times a week (I usually slack off a bit in the summer with more biking).0
