Streaming Fitness Videos -- Any Recommendations?

As a writer, I spend my many hours camped out at my desk, which is very bad for health and fitness. To that end, I've started scheduling exercise breaks throughout the day by following along to exercise videos found online, and love the effect it's having not only on my health and energy levels, but also focus and clarity for my work. And while I love the ones I've found, I can always use more variety.

So far I use: GiladTV (https://www.giladondemand.com/giladtv/), Amazon Instant Video (http://www.amazon.com/Instant-Video/b/ref=sa_menu_aiv_vid0?ie=UTF8&node=2858778011), and Hulu.com.

Any other suggestions? I'm interested in all types of workouts from beginner to advanced, and from cardio to toning/strength training. I like to mix it up and try new things.

Thanks in advance!

[Edit: Also paid or free doesn't matter to me--just want to mix it up.]

  • Have you checked out http://www.gaiamtv.com/

It's $10/month, but has TONS of streaming workout videos..including Jillian Michaels workourts, the Firm workouts, tons of pilates and yoga, and walking. They offer a free 10 day trial and you can search the libraries. It's like netflix for fitness.

    I have a trial right now..and I haven't used it..but I have great intentions :)

Also, that's a great idea about scheduling the workout breaks at your desk.

Is there any way you can download a class? i'd like to watch the Les mills classes for exercise at home / at work. Are these available anywhere?

There are a cudzillion on You Tube... and I am going to check out CreatingCourt's suggestion, but I love mybarre3 - it's $15 a month but they break out the routines in 10, 20,30,40 minutes sessions and they are always adding new ones. Several of the 10 minute ones are great for work breaks ...
