Hi
When I add in my exercise for the day, I do not want my calorie allowed for the day to increase by the amount of calories that I burned.
Does anyone know how to keep that from automatically updating ?
thanks

It will let you type in your own calorie count in the box. I'm not sure if it will accept 0, but you could give that a try.0
