Calories in Barley

Both brands of pearled barley I have bought recently (Jack Rabbit and Goya) say 100 calories per 1/4 cup dry. I have been cooking a full dry cup, expecting a half portion of the cooked result to be 200 calories, but noticing that it seems like an enormous portion. Plus, many people have posted barley as having 640 calories per cup, or 180 per 1/4 cup!
Does anyone know which is correct? I know to measure dry, and I want to trust the label, but I hate to think I'm eating double the calories I think!
Thanks

I looked it up and found 100 calories for 1/4 cup0

I googled it and three different sites all gave the same info
There are 193 calories in 1 cup of Pearled Barley (Cooked).

Wow, thanks, all, but that's the same problem. Look here:

It says 180 calories in 1/4 cup dry! What do you think?
Also, measuring cooked barley isn't helpful; it's impossible to know how much water has been absorbed. The accurate counts come from dry barley.0
