Chicken Wings...nutrition info?

Greetings!

If you are from the Buffalo, NY area and have nutrition information on wings from Duff's or Anchor Bar (or similar places) I would like to hear from you. I am NOT interested in the information from Papa John's, Dominos, Pizza Hut or other chains around the country...just the authentic thing!

I am a transplant to the Alexandria, VA area and I will be visiting "home" next month...I figured with a little planning, I might be able to have my favorite food...or at least a little taste of it!

Thanks for any info you can provide.
