South Beach Diet and Calories

I'm on starting my second week on south beach phase one and I'm looking for advice. My calories are low, like under 1200 low. Should I be worried about that? Is it going to make things stall out, or doesn't it matter for two weeks? I know that SB isn't about counting calories, but I've been entering in all my phase one days, and for the week I'm 2000 calories below my goal (of 1500 per day) I'm not hungry, and when I am I eat, but i find myself looking for something to eat that falls in the guidelines so that I can just purely up my calorie totals for the day. I just don't know. I'm looking forward to putting some more carbs back just so my calorie totals go up a bit. What do you think?
