Please help me pick a workout!

I want to do some video workout that I can do at home that will help me lose and tone. I am over 100 pounds over weight (260) and shaped like an apple. What do you guys suggest. I do some walking sometimes along the Tennessee River but don't like to work up a big sweat out in public right now.
I work 6 days on then have 8 days off.... so this will give me time to do this at home. My work days are 12-14+ hours long so they don't leave me time to exercise those days except what I do caring for my hospice patients.

I always recommend Leslie Sansone walking DVDs for people who are just starting out or who have a lot to lose. They're low impact and you can choose to do 1, 2, 3, 4 or even 5 miles at a time.0
