Hi all im investing in this

To make my healthy nice breakfast.
I added it into my fitness pal to make 2 sandwitchs.
2 Tomas low fat high fiber english muffins
2 egg whites microwaved (6 tablespoons(3 each))
2 strips of oscar myer ready to serve fully cooked bacon (1 strip cut in 1/2 on each sandwitch)
calories:285
carbs:50
Fat:5
protien:18
Chol:8
Sugar 2
But im posting because i dont want pouched eggs. I want hard boiled type like mc donalds has. So my queestion is does anyone own a product like this and if so do u have to pouch them?? i dont like the idea lol
any help would be appreciated

I found this that explains how to do it without the plastic device.

The key seems to be coking it at reduced power. I would find 2 micro safe bowls (ramekin) and use them as the directions in the first link say. For now just do a test in a bowl you have. Then if it is fine pick up a ramekins that are the correct size you want.0 -

Just cook them longer. A poached egg is usually cooked in water so this isn't really making poached eggs, if you microwave it longer the yolk will cook through. Only thing is they tend to explode if you don't break the yolks and that's a mess you don't want to clean up!0

Im trying to make a breakfast thats fast and filling. i dont have time to cook real bacon. I just bought it all and tried to make them today they were really good. 165 calories each barley and sugar0
