Need opinions on stalled weight/switch back to sedentary

When it is set on lightly active ( I know I'm not sedentary during the week, during the week I walk an average of 7-9k steps, usually more actually) and I get 1600 cals. However, the last few weeks my weight has not moved at all...with constant badminton playing which has been making me burn 400-700 cals per game and I havent been going over my calories much BUT since my weight hasnt changed, should I change it back to sedentary and just try to not go over the 1420 cals I get there, or leave it on lightly active and change my calorie goal to 1420?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You might actually try eating more. I eat about 2000 calories a day most days and still manage to lose about an average of 1 pound a week.

I agree that you should probably eat more.0

Even if I already go over my 1600 about 2-3x a week? ( on other days I go over as well but I usually play badminton and go to the gym to work off the calories I went over)0
