Hi everyonge, I'm new here and it would be great to have a few friends to touch base with and cheer along in this journey..
it's my 1st day, and so far so good.. I need to lose 50lbs. but will settle for 25lbs,, by xmas if I'm lucky.. if not by Feb. for sure.
I do my work out at home. and do have a treadmill and stair climber, just cleaned the cob webs off. so all set to go.. Now, just need some happy music.. any suggestions.. .
