Is this Healthy?

I've started eating right about 10 days ago and exercising about 6 (6 workouts of a tae bo video =intense)

My start weight was 141.8 and I'm already 138 lbs?

I drink nearly 3-4 litres of water per day and eat 1200 calories.


Could it be my body is just losing some excessive water weight and bloat?

    I believe the first week generally is mostly water weight.

    I think that's ok... but don't be alarmed if your weight creeps up and down and up and down before it really starts going down... if you're new to exercise it can take your body a few weeks to adjust to the changes. I had a similar problem, where when I first started loosing weight I lost about 4kg in a couple of weeks, and then it went back up and so on, now (according to my doctor) my body is used to the changes, and is responding appropriately!
