how does net carbs work. Do you subtract fibre from the grand total?? thanks Lesley

    yes, if you're an American. But as you wrote "fibre" you probably aren't, in which case net carbs may not apply to your labelling system as the UK (for example) does not include fibre in the carbohydrates figure on the labels in the first place so there's no need to subtract or net them.
