Whoop!

Hello, I'm new to posting but have been on the site for a few weeks. just realsied that ll those lovely cocktails meant that in one day I had over 3000 kcal! How easily it was done. The next day I then ate and ate and ate! This seems to be a routine for me. My focus for this week is trying to steady myself out at the weekend so I don't have a massive blow out! Anyone else have this trouble? :frown:
