NSV - i feel amazing today!

So today I had to meet all of the directors of the company I work for (a company of around 25,000 people so its a big deal!). I have a few pairs of work trousers, some size 38, some 40 and some 42. Last week I was wearing my 40's and they were getting loose but i didnt realise how loose as i put my 38's on this morning and i think there is still 2 inches of room there!!! i had to get a belt out and i'm 2 belt holes down from my usual place!

Then i put my shirt on and i'm 2 neck sizes smaller. I can button up all buttons on my shirt and wear a tie without the top one being undone or being uncomfortable.

I really feel good today. The scales arent showing the full story, i can see and feel the difference and its completely addictive
