Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Hum?
What would I have done differently? Track my calories and go for a walk

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes- but some days were a bit under.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made homemade bread, walked 4 miles on the treadmill, volunteered at the local soup kitchen and took my children snow tubing.
What would I have done differently? Laughed a little harder, smiled a little longer.
What is today's personal goals? Shovel the new 8 inches of snow, walk 5 miles on the treadmill, and do something super fun with my kids!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? probably not - The weekend! Wine and food pairing and DH made bacon wrapped stuffed chicken!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Eliptical Saturday!l
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleared my desk! The work is not done but my brain feels better to see the space!
What would I have done differently? Less snacking pre dinner on Sunday
What is today's personal goals? Eliptical,do all laundry today and put out minites for a committee meeting.
