student living

hey guys, i'm a uni fresher and have been on here a while on and off. i really want to take advantage of living opposite the gym and taking control of what i eat and so far so good! i eat okay-ish. i have salad for lunch most days with some soup or sweet potato and tea is generally a home-made vegetable curry type thing with brown rice. so for a student, not too shabby!
the thing is, i love alcohol. i love going out and having a good time. so sue me. i know i need to cut it out completely if i wanna lose as much as im aiming for, but right now i don't think i want to. i want to enjoy things as much as possible this year, whole i still can.
so, my question is what alcohol/mixers are best? i know all alcohol is bad, but are there any that are lower in calories or fat?
would really help so much! thank you

I drink half a bottle of tescos vodka with diet lemonade which is something like 700 calories. I drink that during pre-drinks which gets me drunk for the rest of the night so I don't have to worry about buying drinks out. This also means that I have to skip breakfast and lunch but it saves on food costs. D;0

If you're going out to a party and having beer or jungle juice you don't necessarily know what's in it... (jungle juice is usually filled with sugary crap and a ton of everclear and beer all mixed together). When I lived at school I just made sure that I worked out for at least an hour if i was going to go out and it seemed to be okay0
