Not going for LBS but for health.

:happy: Recently my husband and I went to the Doctor to see where we are health wise. I am in the obese catagory and I felt really sad about that fact. I asked how much I needed to lose and he replied that it is not just about the Lbs you lose but how you train your body. I need to be in the 150-155 section to look healthy. But that doesn't mean just losre the weight. I need to tone to keep my body fit. I am going for the toned and healthy goal. and I must say I am starting off very well.:flowerforyou:
