so I read that studies show the average American person walks about 6,500 steps a day. To be healthy we need to walk at least 10,000 steps a day! yesterday I walked 11,281 steps! today my goal is 12,000 you can get a pedometer from Wal-mart for around five dollars. I am gonna set myself a goal and I am gonna walk 84,000 steps this wee k. it comes out to only 12,000 a day. anyone want to try beat my step count for the day? also that comes out to walking 42 miles!!!

Sunday 10-14-2012 I walked 11,281 steps. I will try make up the 719 steps today.
