Weight loss/gain

I have been doing MFP for a bout 2 weeks now. I have been staying within my calorie range and I weighed in this morning and was upset to see that I had gained a pound instead of loosing one. What am I doing wrong? I am a female, 141 lbs, and 5"2'.

    First of all look at the fact you have done this two weeks in a row and stayed within your range. The scale is just a number...you are doing all thing good for you. Keep it up! :flowerforyou:

    It could be just water weight. Don't rely on the scale often. For me, it's the inches that comes off all around that matters. Keep up the good work and you'll see results in no time...:happy:
