I need help & ideas

Over the past 3 years, I have lost a total of 142lbs. I have been at the last 40 to go for a year now and it just won't budge. I had lost 20 but have since gained it back.

I work out 5-6 days a week, usually 2x a day. I had been eating 1200 calories a day, but recently upped the calories to try & break my plateau and still nothing.

Would love any ideas or help on how to break the plateau.
