I interpreted the question totally differently! Instead of motivational meaning "great beat to work out to" I thought you meant songs with motivational lyrics. :blushing: In that regard, try Richard Marx's "Power Inside Me" from the movie The Mirror Has Two Faces. It's the song that Barbra Streisand works out to while she is morphing from dowdy date to sexy spouse.

Blood - In This Moment (it's got some quiet parts but the screaming more than makes up for it)
    MX - Deftones
Get Up - Korn (& Skrillex)
    Gasoline - Seether
    Walk - Pantera
    Skull City, Disconnected - Rancid
    Biting the Bullet - MXPX
    early Green Day
    Alice in Chains
    Bullet for my Valentine
    High on Fire
Pretty much every song off the Deftones' "Diamond Eyes" album....that album rocks so hard. I am in love with the Deftones, although not all of their stuff is fast and heavy.

And I have to admit (shamefully since I am very anti-pop) that a couple of LMFAO songs have made it into my workout list...I tried to resist, I really did, but in the end curiosity got the better of me and Party Rock Anthem is a g*ddamned catchy tune.
