    Great job!

    I agree with your statement about the women of color. It's sad that so many of us don't work out at all nor do we enstill the need to work out and be active in our kids. I made the change in myself and my kids!

    It was hard to finally commit to CLEANER eating, but I did it and lost 3lbs in the 1st week. I work out at least 3-5 days a week with weights and at least 30 minutes of cardio but I really wasn't losing any weight. Just inches. Now I'm doing the same workout with a better diet and I'm getting GREAT results!

    Keep pushing! Glad you posted!

    And let me clarify my statement regarding woman of color: We know that our body shapes are different and weight loss tends to look different on us. I know for me, it's a different type of motivation seeing someone with "thickness" like mine making it to their goal weight. There are those of you whom will understand that, but It’s not meant as anything offensive to those that do not!
