interval auto timer app for iphone 3

Anybody know of a free auto interval timer app? I want something that will sound every 30 seconds until I turn it off. I dont see that my phone has this function. It has a timer, but I dont see that I can set it up to for auto intervals.

    There are multiple hiit timers on the app store, just do a search for hiit and for interval timer. I tried out several before I found the one I liked best. Just download a bunch of the free ones until you find one that does what you want.

    You might want to look for an app called Tabata. I really like it, especially for doing HIIT on the rower.
