turbofire

I know there are hundreds of posts about this topic, but I am not finding what I am looking for. Tell me what is it?? I just finished insanity... bored with the samething over and over... looking for variety, is there strength training? if so what kind? I read it was dance type stuff, not my typical workout material. I really enjoyed insanity the toughness and the challenge. Anyone give me some feed back??

    Turbo fire is alot of punching and kicking with drills that include plyometrics. Its a little dancy but so much more than just that.
    There are resistance work outs that you do a few times a week using bands. I actually found the resistace part to easy so I did my own. Overall it is a great cardio workout and it will get your heart rate up high. Not many cardio workouts got me sweating like insanity but turbofire would be the next best that I have tried.
