Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone had any suggestions or thoughts on this. I have been trying to keep a schedule for eating, I really don't eat much which is horrible cause my body is in starvation mode. I have been getting sick a lot lately cause I forget to eat. When I do eat I will eat 2 or 3 bites and then I am full. I really don't want anymore of it. The thought of food makes me feel filled to the brim. I love to cook and I am always looking and tweaking recipes. But I just don't know what really wrong with me.

Sounds to me you should consult your doctor.
Depending on how many calories you're trying to make up, just ensure you have proper nutrition in vitamins, minerals, and protein. From there, you can choose calorie heavy items if you feel you need the extra calories.0 -
If you have fat on your body you are not in starvation mode. Maybe there is an underline issue which makes your body signal do not eat. You body does this usually when there is a sickness within the body that it's trying to fight eating takes away energy needed to fight sickness. I will consult a physician and get blood work up done then go from there.0

This. If you don't eat all day and then get full with 3 bites, your problems aren't physical.0
