Howdy,
Just joined the site on the encouragement of my doctor. I have been managing a gluten free and rice free lifestyle for 6 years but now I need to lower my LDL. My doctor says "I am maturing" so my body is changing and it will need a change-up in eating and excerising. How fun!
So far, I am liking the site. Looking forward to the months ahead......:flowerforyou:
