Hi! I'm having a hard time staying on track lately and could use some motivation. I've tried rewarding myself and incentives and it works for a short time and then I fizzle out and start negative habits again. I'd like to add some new friends to help me stay motivated and to hold be accountable when I slack off. :D

My birthday is in 3 weeks and I'd like to wear my hot jeans to my birthday dinner. Help me!
