Random Cravings!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to see what you all have to say regarding random cravings. How do you stop yourself from eating bad snacks when you know you arent hungry and when you know they are not good for you? Sometimes it is so difficult to overcome the cravings! Please help! =]

    Drink water! Most of the time it helps me forget about the craving but if not try to keep some healthy filling snacks around. Some of my faves are grapes, Fit & Active caramel rice cakes, hard boiled eggs with crackers, bagel thins with Laughing Cow cheese, Special K Fruit Crisps for my sweet tooth.
