Circuit training Jillian Michaels?

Hi - I have been reading a lot of reviews on Jillian Michaels new Body Revolution DVDs. I really wanna try the program and have 5 lbs to go to reach my goal. Has anyone who is already in pretty good shape tried skipping the first two weeks of these dvds? I do similar workouts from the nike training app and a circuit- cardio training class at my gym 4-5 days a week for 45 min a session. Any advice/tips would be helpful. Thanks!
