You're not going to get any weight loss tips out of this poster unless you buy Beach Body programs from her.

Weight loss isn't a race. We shouldn't encourage each other to drop pounds fast (more than 2 pounds a week is a LOT unless you're morbidly obese.) The goal should be slow, steady loss that you're more likely to maintain. Dropping pounds super fast and then gaining them back once you start eating like a normal person again is a recipe for regain and keeps you emptying your pockets to the diet industry, over and over again.
