Hi, I have to do exercise from my home so cant get to the gym...
My fiance has a load of weights here and I figure I would like to get into using these as I'd like to add this to the cardio I currently do.
I dont have a clue....does anyone know if there are any good tutorials online where I could watch?
I'd need to start from scratch as I'm not very strong...I dont think I even know how to lift them correctly.

Yep I second the new rules suggestion - I'm on phase 3 now and it has honestly done more for my shape and weight loss than anything else I've done!! And I realise that's the strength training not specifically new rules but I found those program's easy to follow and I enjoy doing them.0
