Chinese Food

Okay, so there is this Chinese restaurant here in town that I haven't been to since I started this weight loss journey. I only ever eat a few things when I go there because I'm insanely picky, but the things I do eat I just love. Does anyone know anything about Chinese food and whether it's bad for you or if it's okay to eat the small portions I eat. The foods I eat there are:
Shrimp nuggets, pork dumplings, fried apple sticks, noodles, sponge cake, and cream puffs.
Thanks everyone.

In my opinion it's perfectly fine to eat anything you want in smaller portions. Fit it within your macros and you're good to go. I'd suggest logging the foods that you want to eat /before/ you go to avoid over indulging, especially since most of those sound very carb heavy.
Watch the sodium on chinese food though, it tends to be really high.0
